These caps are handcrafted, step by step in Barcelona, creating a timeless cycling cap perfectly suited to Spring conditions. This cap has the ability to make even the ugliest of heads look attractive, whilst the RAZA™ yarn has been specifically chosen to keep you extremely comfortable, both on and off the bike. The combination of these characteristics makes the ‘Kwaremont’ cycling cap one of Spring’s essential companions.
With embroidery on both sides representing the Lion of Flanders and on one of the sides, a detail of the Belgium flag. The cycling cap is a limited edition, each numbered from a series of 50 units and it’s available in two sizes: M (53-57 cm) L (58-62 cm). Each cap is individually packaged in its own Belgian Boys Club pouch.
The ‘Oude Kwaremont’ is arguably the most famous climb of the current Tour of Flanders parcours. It is not the steepest, nor the roughest, but it is very long, 2.21km in fact. The race onto the Oude Kwaremont is frenetic, position is everything. Get on the climb first and you can grind away, building a valuable lead, before heading to the Paterberg for the final time.
The ‘Kwaremont’ cycling cap pays homage to this famous Flanders climb. A place where fans scramble to get the best vantage point and when the race has passed, clamber back up the embankment to get to the big screen. It’s a spot where the beer flows like a river and the crowd goes crazy (except for the those in the VIP tents).
